- Move materials using a forklift or pallet jack

- Perform general cleaning duties of the warehouse and stores
- Perform shipping and receiving for all movement of materials, tools and equipment
- Assist with inventory taking
- Maintain a safe and orderly warehouse

- Any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor

Responsibilities:
•Maintain all information relevant to distribution operations, related to parts in inventory, inthe ERP or WMS system
•Ensure a constant follow-up for any problem related to the availability of materials used bythe production
•Manage unavailable products, storage errors and inventory discrepancies
•Optimize the location of equipment in order to help the performance of the pickings, invelocity and quality, while ensuring the safety of the employees in the handling
•Implement proper inventory management procedures for all stakeholders at the DistributionCenter
•Establish various performance indicators, daily, weekly, monthly or other, including keyindicators (KPI) related to the good management of inventories
•Analyze data and produce reports with Excel
•Collaborate with internal teams and the client
•Carry out the organization of the annual physical settlement and cyclical settlements
•Find ways to optimize inventory control procedures
•Maintain constant contact with the purchasing group to resolve inventory issues (too little ortoo much stock, inadequate identification, inappropriate packaging, etc.).
Professional qualifications:
• More than 3 years of experience in inventory management/stock control, ideally in a manufacturing company or a distribution center
• Working knowledge of ERP inventory management software
• Have a recognized and relevant education related to the position
• Possess a forklift operator training certificate (an asset)
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Office Suite software, especially Excel
• Bilingual English/French (an asset)
